Along either of the shores, Ottoman summer palaces, waterside mansions, modern villas as well as Ottoman Era fortresses will wave good evening to you. You will pass under the two necklaces of the Bosphorus, the Bosphorus and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Suspension bridges and end-up at Beykoz, a charming fishing village near the end of the Bosphorus to the Black Sea. Cocktails will preceed a well stocked open buffet barbecue party and you will enjoy music enriched by the soft twinkle of wavelets carressing the hull of the vessel.

EX-02 Conference Banquet at Esma Sultan Mansion on June 13, 2006 (Included in full registration fee, for other registrants $110.- ):

Dominating an exclusive corner on the European shores of the Bosphorus as if to control the flow of traffic on the Bosphorus Bridge spanning the European and Asiatic Continents, the Esma Sultan Yalısı, built in the 18th century for an extraordinary Ottoman princess, Esma Sultan, as her personal residence, remains as a magnificent ruin in the quaintly colorful Bosphorus neighborhood of Ortaköy.

The grandiose walls, a silent cry to a glorious past, are surrounded by a wide garden. Inside the walls, modern architecture has erected a steel and glass panelling. Both the garden and the interior serve as perfect venues for indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment.

You will enjoy good wining and dining at the accompaniment of live music under the star spangled skies of Istanbul...
